1. Introduction

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of this Platform and of all communications between pl67 and its users. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any summary, translation or paraphrase, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered with pl67 under a unique username and password.
• "Platform" means the pl67 website at pl67.cam, including all pages, features, tools and content accessible through it.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with pl67 or is accessing the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, audio, video, game interfaces and other material made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload offer or other reward credited to a User's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing jurisdiction — to open an Account. pl67 strictly prohibits access by minors. We may require age verification documentation at any time. If age verification fails, your Account will be suspended and any funds held subject to compliance review.

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

4.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account:

• Current employees, contractors or agents of pl67 or its affiliated operators, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances, subject to our compliance review procedures.

5. Account Rules & Security

5.1 Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. pl67 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

5.2 Password & Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify pl67 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. pl67 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.3 Account Information Accuracy

Your Account name must exactly match the name on the identity documents you submit for KYC. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals. pl67 is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate account information provided by the User.

5.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period as defined in the operator's specific policy may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified prior to any inactivity action being taken.

6. Permitted Use of the Platform

6.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Any commercial exploitation, resale or redistribution of Platform content or services without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation;

• Money laundering, structuring transactions or any other activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;

6.3 Intellectual Integrity

You acknowledge that all games offered on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live human dealers. You agree not to make any public claim that games are unfairly rigged without substantive, verified evidence.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

8.5 No Entitlement

No User is entitled to any bonus or promotion. All offers are at the sole discretion of pl67 and may be amended, withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations arising under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Responsible Gambling

pl67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

The pl67 name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl67 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl67's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.

11.3 Excluded Losses

pl67 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue or business; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages; or (d) any gambling losses, regardless of whether pl67 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 No Liability for Third-Party Services

pl67 is not responsible for the performance, availability or terms of third-party services — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — referenced contextually on this Platform. Those services are subject to the separate terms and conditions of each respective provider.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By pl67

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false or misleading information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct; or presented a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any balance in your Account at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending compliance investigation. Where an Account is closed by pl67 without cause, any verified withdrawable balance shall be returned to you via a method determined by the Platform, subject to completion of KYC.

12.3 By You

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed subject to any outstanding wagering obligations, pending transactions and compliance checks. Closing your Account does not exempt you from obligations arising under these Terms that pre-date the closure request.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence, as disclosed in the operator's official licensing information. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pl67's customer support for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

For users in Pakistan: you acknowledge that Pakistani courts may also have jurisdiction over matters arising from your use of the Platform, and that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may be relevant to your use of online gambling services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
